At Arealfacts, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned in accordance with this policy.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery of your order.
The return request must be submitted within the applicable return period.
Return Authorization
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before returning an item.
Please contact us before sending any item back. We will provide the return instructions and RMA information needed for your return.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item should be returned in its original condition and with the applicable original components.
Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or otherwise returned in a condition that does not meet the return requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, style preference, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, Arealfacts will be responsible for the applicable return shipping cost.

Refunds

Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
Restocking Fees
Arealfacts does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, size, color, or style, you may return the eligible item under this policy and place a new order separately.
